Hi, I’m Jennifer.

I started my career in international trade after graduating in 2005 with a degree in International Economics and Trade.

Over the years, I have worked in different areas of international business — as an English and Portuguese translator, in foreign-invested companies, in manufacturing factories, and in trading companies. I have also gained overseas work experience, which helped me understand international business from both the China side and the perspective of overseas customers.

With more than 20 years of experience, I have learned that good sourcing is not simply about finding a supplier. It is about understanding what the customer really needs.

A product specification, target price, quality requirement, or delivery date may look simple on paper, but behind each request there are usually many details that need to be clarified with the factory.

Because I have worked with both factories and overseas customers, I understand the communication between the two sides. I know how to ask the right questions, identify potential problems early, compare suppliers, and follow up on the details that can make a difference to the final order.
