CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS

1.Communicate & Confirm Customization Requirements

Discuss and confirm all details with us via WhatsApp: style, material, size, pattern, text, quantity, craftsmanship, color scheme and lead time. We will finalize your customization plan.

2.Settle Customization Payment

Pay deposit or full payment after quotation confirmation. We will register your order and schedule production officially.

Important Notice: If you fail to confirm details via WhatsApp within 3 days after payment, we will proceed with production according to our general standard specifications.

3.Custom Graphic Design

Our designer creates the initial draft according to your requirements and sends renderings for your approval. Two rounds of minor revisions are offered free of charge. No pattern modifications can be made once confirmed.

4.Production & Quality Check

We complete printing, processing, assembly and strict quality inspection based on confirmed artwork to filter out defective items.

5.Packing & Shipment

Finished goods will be packed . We arrange delivery and share the tracking number with you.
